After a traditional career working in numerous kitchens throughout Europe, he felt the urge to explore brand new places to cook and share the experience of a delicious meal. Bringing the outdoors to the kitchen wasn’t quite feasible, so he decided to do the opposite.

This isn’t street food. It’s a multi-course, restaurant level gourmet dining experience, but outside the confines of a static restaurant. It’s a totally novel way of experiencing public spaces in the city!
